Colin Flynn started his career as a Community Education Worker within Glasgow.  After 8 years within this field he moved over to Social Work working as a Counsellor.  Three years ago he became an independent Trainer working in the field of Counselling Skills, Personal Development and Anti- Racist awareness.  He also tutors Students with Dyslexia within Higher Education.  He has delivered training for SHARE for a number of years.
