Dr Stewart Montgomery is a housing and training professional with many years' experience of working in both housing associations and local authorities. Stewart operates his own company that focuses on organisational policy development in the public housing sector. Stewart has extensive experience of equality issues and developing plans to integrate equality into housing services. Stewart also lectures at a number of universities and colleges and has completed a PhD in Housing Law at the University of Glasgow.
