Foster Evans is the Director of Employers in Voluntary Housing, the committee member run employers' federation for RSLs in Scotland. Foster has presided over the successful growth of EVH and has an extensive knowledge of personnel and organisational issues in RSLs. He uses this experience to make the training practical, relevant and fun.
