Gillian Neish specialises in equality issues. In her workshop she encourages a supportive but stretching environment to encourage participants to maximise learning opportunities and fulfill their potential. For the last eight years Gillian has worked closely with a number of Scottish local authorities facilitating equality courses for management and staff at all levels.
