Lucy Fredman is an independent training consultant specialising in professional development in communication and interpersonal skills in the private and public sector. She has provided training for housing associations for over 5 years. She is also an experienced psychotherapist with an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and lectured in counselling for several years. Drawing on her psychotherapeutic background, she designs and delivers training which is highly practical and skills-based with an emphasis on psychological insight and self-awareness.
