Michael Collins has a background in mainstream housing management, mainly in the last 10 years he has been working on housing and support projects for asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. After a period as housing team manager and trainer at Scottish Refugee Council, in 2005 I became a founding director of Community InfoSource, a not-for-profit organisation providing training and support to refugee and migrant community groups, housing providers and voluntary organisations.
