Patricia Gallagher has worked in Housing Associations for nearly 16 years. During that time she has been a Housing Manager, worked as an Independent Advisor for Communities Scotland and undertook the MPhil in Housing Studies at GlasgowUniversity. She is now Director of a Housing Association and previously was a Property Services Manager with responsibility for both the Housing Management and Maintenance functions.
