SHARE is pleased to offer a new service for Chairs of Management Committees.
Coaching is increasingly been seen as a way of supporting people to learn and develop.
It can help people
- make the changes they want
- provide an important sounding board for thoughts and ideas
- set goals to make the necessary changes
- identify any training need
SHARE recognises that Chairs of Management Committees can have a number of challenges
- Chairing meetings
- Working with senior staff
- Dealing with awkward committee members
- Keeping up with policy changes
How will it work?
SHARE members can enjoy a free introductory session where the coach will discuss with the chair on a one to one basis
- What is involved
- What changes the Chair wants to make
- The coaching process
If the Chair is interested further sessions will be arranged which could last approximately an hour. A small charge would be made for further sessions.
Complete confidentiality is guaranteed.
