Tracy McGowan is an experienced trainer and consultant with many years experience in the web-development industry. In 2009 Tracy launched her own business, Heartstone Ltd, as a web consultancy who specialise in helping businesses develop or improve on their web strategy. Tracy has also provided training via Scottish Enterprise/Targeting Innovation on helping small businesses build their own websites. She approaches learning in a simple and enjoyable way – taking out all of the jargon and technical terminology.
