Who should attend: 
Staff with responsibility for Maintaining the APSR Return and collating data. A basic knowledge of Excel is required for this course.
 
Course Objectives: 
 
This course is intended to give staff an in-depth knowledge of how to export data from the SDM system and create reports in Excel. Attendees will learn how to export data from SDM to Excel using the standard export routines available within the SDM Modules.
 
Delegates will undertake various based around the APSR Questionnaire. Practical examples on how to export data from SDM Modules into an Excel spreadsheet for the purpose of APSR Reporting and use some of the basic excel functions to further manipulate the data allowing users to create some professional looking reports from the data extracted.

·         Exporting Data using Standard SDM Export Function
·         Setting up Customised Exports
·         Extracting Data using Tenant / Property/ Applicant / Repair Selection Criteria
·         Using Pivot Tables to summarise Exported Data
·         Using Charts to Display Exported data in a readable format
