The key theme of this event is customer care and making sure the customer's experience with you is exceptional.  However, we know that in order to deliver staff need to be motivated, feel appreciated and able to advance in their role.  With this in mind this year we will also look at how you can develop your career in housing and hear from some key people within the sector who have done just that.
