Courses/webinars/networks

Should you cancel a course/webinar/network booking within seven days of the start date you will be invoiced the full amount.

Qualifications

Should you cancel a qualification booking within 21 days of the course start date you will be invoiced the full amount.

Events/Conferences

Should you cancel a day conference booking within 14 days of the event you will be invoiced the full amount. Residential conferences will incur the full cost of the booking if cancelled within six weeks of the event.
