Aileen works with both individuals and organisations and can help with the following:

  • Strategies to help with executive functioning, including time management, communication, concentration and memory
  • Delivering effective feedback
  • Exploring inclusive ways of working
  • Spotting barriers in the workplace
  • Increased confidence to have conversations about adjustments
  • Increased knowledge of neurodiversity, including strengths
  • Helping people work at their best
  • Developing neuroinclusive recruitment processes

So how would this happen?

Aileen offers a free discovery call to find out more about what you would like to gain from coaching and so you can find out more about her approach and see if she is a good fit for you or your organisation.

Individual coaching sessions are one hour in duration and group coaching sessions are two hours. Packages of three or six sessions are available for individuals. Group sessions can be booked as standalone sessions or part of a package.

During coaching, Aileen clarifies the outcomes you would like to get out of coaching and helps you set goals. She helps you stay accountable as you work towards your goals and she can provide information on neurodiversity if this is required.

Aileen’s background

Aileen started her career in the publishing industry before spending 15 years in the housing sector. She has worked for four housing associations in a variety of roles, including senior management roles.
